The 2019 theme for the International Day for Biological
Diversity is "Our Biodiversity, Our Food, Our Health.”
Whether you are in New York or Nairobi or Nagoya, chances
are you have access to a greater variety of food than your
parents or grandparents once did. But even as the offerings
become more diverse, the global diet as a whole—what
people actually eat—is becoming more homogenized, and
this is a dangerous thing.

World Turtle Day
Shellabrate! The turtle represents Mother Earth in
many myths and indigenous literature.
Thursday May 23 @ 7:30--9:30 PM
Mediumship Meetup Class Frank Kotowski is facilitating this mediumship group, which is open to both church members and non- members, only $10 per class. These classes are to help you build your intuitive and mediumistic abilities. Beginners are welcome!
**********THIS WEEK: SYMBOLS**********
Symbols can give much information in a reading and they are very important for the medium and for the sitter and recipient alike. This class is designed to have students become familiar with their symbols and to understand how symbols are important to each of us and that they permeate the physical and nonphysical worlds.
We meet in the blue room (Rooms 3 & 4).

The sign where you turn off Nicolls Rd. heading north
reads Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. You have to
slow down and make a right, after the Fire House.
The middle pathway in the Education wing (between the
handicapped parking spaces) is the one congregants should use.
We meet for service in Room 7. There will be a Summerland sign
outside of the correct door. The room we are leasing is called the
green room (the walls are painted green).
The Mediumship Meetup group meets on Thursdays at 7:30 PM,
but in the blue room (Rooms 3 and 4).
Su gave an exciting class on German Kipper cards, the newest
sensation in deck reading. We are grateful for the depths to
which Su delves in order for us to obtain all the information
necessary to use these cards with ease.
Looks like we all got the memo to wear PINK!
