This meeting will be interactive, giving participants a way to explore the chakra system in a playful way. Catherine will give an overview of the traditional approach and then introduce her new system. In this session you will experience: • A 10-step “Energy Prep” to shift consciousness for exploring subtle energy • Touching and balancing each of the 12 chakras • Accessing the wisdom of chakras through journaling This experience will open ways for personal growth and for increasing healing and mediumship abilities. They are usually on the first and third Saturdays of the month, but this may not always be the case. If anything changes concerning our in-person services, we will let you know. We are looking for more people to serve at our hybrid services.
