Focus: Solfeggio Frequencies with Valerie Miller Saturday October 19, 2019 For this Healing Meditation Meetup we worked with the Solfeggio frequencies and their healing abilities. We learned what makes these tones so unique, the history of these frequencies, and were led on guided meditations for specific areas for improvement connected to the respective frequency. Valerie Miller is facilitating this Healing Meditation Group, which meets once a month, usually on the last Saturday of the month, schedule permitting. The cost for attending this event is $ 10. and is open to both SCOL members and non-members. |

Discovery Circle on Ed and Lorraine Warren
Facilitated by Su Garrison-Terry Saturday April 6, 2019 Su gave a wonderful lecture about Ed and Lorraine Warren, the first paranormal investigators. A slide show was presented showing the history and providing their well-known cases. Su also showed us her collection of books by the Warrens. We got to know the Warrens in detail, as ably researched by Su. Thank you Su for an informative look into these pioneers!

and Enhance Your Soul’s Expression" with Rev. Jenn Shepherd Saturday, March 2, 2019 We all had a fantastic time with Jenn, who visited us from PA. At service, we witnessed a wonderful Spiritual Address, full of meaningful quotes and words to live by. Spirit messages were given by Frank and Jenn—a high level of connectivity was apparent to all. The workshop on energy was enjoyed and we ended with a sense of reaching a higher vibration with knowledge of tools and chi gong practices to achieve these states again.
