What are the current theories concerning consciousness? Does consciousness come from the brain or does it come from a mind that is non-local? The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes per week of aerobic activity. Are you adding up those minutes? Unfortunately for Spiritualists, sitting at services and classes and sitting in the power do not constitute aerobic activity.
